** Please note: There are NO divisions for Cadets, Adults or Executives at this event.!!!!!

**PLEASE WEAR YOUR OFFICIALS WRISTBAND TO GAIN ENTRY**

Register opens from 1st June and closes on 27th June 2022

Officials Uniform: Officials t-shirt, grey or black trousers and sports shoes.
DO NOT WEAR A SHIRT & TAGB TIE

** You must arrive by 8.30 a.m. otherwise you will be asked to pay to enter.
Bring your black belt licence book for stamping to record your attendance.

PATTERN DIVISIONS
All competitors must perform a pattern of their grade from the list below.

Juniors
All junior pattern divisions are as follows.
White (10th Kup)
Yellow (9th Kup to 7th Kup)
Green (6th Kup to 5th Kup)
Blue (4th Kup to 3rd Kup)
Red (2nd Kup to 1st Kup)
Black (All grades together)
Boys & Girls in separate divisions

Medals awarded 1 x Gold, 1 x Silver, 1 x Bronze.

SPARRING DIVISIONS

9th Kup To 5th Kup Spar Together
4th Kup TO 1st Kup Spar Together
Black Belts Together

All the above divisions 1 x 1.5-minute rounds.
Medals awarded 1 x Gold, 1 x Silver, 2 x Bronze.

JUNIOR POWER TEST (STRIKE MATE) (BLACK BELTS ONLY)
Competitors may enter hand, foot or both

Medals awarded 1 x Gold Foot destruction 1 x Gold Hand destruction

Divisions (Boys & Girls in separate divisions)
To be split on the day after entry closes.

Rules:
The competitor must perform 1 leg technique and 1 hand technique from the chart above.
Each score is combined giving a final total

SPEED KICKING TEST (Coloured Belts Only)
Medals awarded 1x Gold per Division
Divisions (Boys & Girls in separate divisions)
To be split on the day after entry closes.

Rules:
Competitors must kick a designated target, with either rear or front leg.
The foot must touch the floor between each kick.
The result is how many kicks in 1 minute

TAG TEAM SPARRING DIVISIONS

Teams will consist of 2 competitors, bouts will last for 3 minutes the team with the most
points will be the winner. Each time the bout is stopped you can change with a member of
your team by “tagging your team member’s glove”
All 2 members must fight at some stage during the bout.
All matches will be point-stop.

JUNIORS: (boys and girls separate)
YELLOW-GREEN-BLUE Belts together.
2 person team. Peewee/Light.
2 person team. Middle/Heavy.

RED-BLACK Belts together.
2 person team. Peewee/Light.
2 person team. Middle/Heavy

Teams to register and pay on the day.
All teams £10 per team

Medals awarded 1 x Gold, 1 x Silver

TEAM PATTERN COMPETITION
Teams will consist of 2 competitors.
All members MUST perform the pattern relevant to the most Junior grade in the team (eg:
a team with a 9th Kup in can only perform pattern Chon Ji and a team with a 3rd Kup in can
perform any pattern up to and including Toi Gye)
This pattern must be performed in unison by all three members.
Teams can be mixed gender.
Patterns will be scored as per normal pattern divisions.

JUNIORS: 2 person team. White, Yellow & Green Belt
2 person team. Blue & Red Belt
2 person team. Black Belt

Teams to register and pay on the day.
All teams £10 per team
Medals awarded 1 x Gold 1 x Silver
